This time of year, some 100 million Americans resolve that in the new year they will lose weight, stop smoking, de-stress and enjoy life more, but such resolutions evaporate faster than the smoke from their Camels. Why not take care of at least two of those resolutions, namely to de-stress and enjoy life more with a home improvement agenda for this year?
New or better kitchens top homeowners' most-wanted list, with mega baths coming in a close second. According to trend watchers, the list of other contenders includes friendly living rooms, master suites to rival accommodations at world-class hotels and spas, home offices, media rooms, closets and indoor/outdoor rooms, such as porches and conservatories.
